ABOUT SPRINGBRINGER AND NEW NATURE Springbringer™ is a poetic, epic fantasy fiction adventure saga in the theme of nature, animals, creatures, fantastic happenings and wonder. It is being created by Finnish Jukka Eronen (e-mail). The happenings of the Springbringer saga are located in the fantasy world of New Nature™. It comes alive in forms of comic books, art, music, animated cartoons, movies, video games etc... Currently this is a one man project; meaning I do everything (designing, writing, drawing, composing, graphics, animation, logos, video editing, web mastering and all). New Nature is a world where dragons, spirits, several species of swans, unicorns and other animals, fantastic creatures and beings live; happenings and adventure beyond imagination occur. The legend and stories of Springbringer grow and evolve from these themes. You can easily buy the music CDs via e-mail (and later other stuff, like comic books, posters etc.).       Payment is prefered by PayPal or cash (or bank transfer in Finland). REAL-LIFE ADVENTURE The places and animals appearing in the high-fantasy world are highly inspired by my own experiences, encounters and locations here in Finland's south peak. The very first concept in 2001 I had, was the high lion temple which was inspired by the Statue of Liberty in Hanko. Back then even the working title for the project was 'Hanko Quest' :) (that title was obviously a refence to Sierra On-Line and derives fom my interest in classic vintage adventure/RPG-games). Spring is my favorite season; it symbolizes life and rebirth; renewal of everything. Thus spring came to play and the main concept. It all started with this picture I drew of a flower-like fragile being and later named it the Springbringer. Then, the bigger concept started to rise in small steps. And it's nowhere near completion even yet. Currently, Springbringer also has a spin-off series called The Praying Mantis™ - a psychedelic SciFi space realm (actually, the idea of 'Mantis precedes Spring`s). These branches (and other ideas developing) will continue to appear along with the Springbringer. WEB HISTORY My websites are optimized for 1024x768 and higher resolutions (at least 16bit colors). Anyways this site is designed specificly so that it should work fine in lower resolutions too.
